Every project is based on a thorough review of quantitative and qualitative data in order to help improve the leadership capacity of today’s and tomorrow’s school and district leaders.

DISTRICT LEADERSHIP CONTINUUM DEVELOPMENT
We work with school districts to understand their leadership needs and design a responsive continuum of programs to develop and support leaders throughout their careers. We support districts to design succession planning and human capital management plans.
PROGRAM ASSESSMENT, DESIGN, & IMPLEMENTATION
We design group programs for current and aspiring leaders within a district, and we provide individual coaching and mentoring for leaders. We can co-design and co-facilitate programs with district leaders or we can design programs for district facilitation. In all of our work with leaders, we make sure that we serve their instructional, managerial, emotional, and cultural needs and that they walk away with tools, strategies, and skills to improve their leadership practice.
UNIVERSITY EDUCATION LEADERSHIP PROGRAM ASSESSMENT
We make evidence- and research-based assessments of university education leadership courses of study to determine how well they are aligned with best practices and research, how well they are preparing students to be effective leaders, and how effectively the university is partnering with sponsoring or supporting districts. We support universities to assess and improve their program design and implementation and to ensure that all leadership program graduates are well prepared to assume leadership positions.
