On Point Leadership provides leadership development and support through targeted consulting, multi-day leadership institutes and program evaluation. In each case, the goal of our work is to build sufficient capacity within the organization to develop and support leaders long after On Point Leadership has completed its work.
Our consulting services are customized for school districts, individual leaders, states, not-for-profit organizations, and universities. Every project is based on a thorough review of quantitive and qualitative data in order to help improve the leadership capacity of today's and tomorrow's school and district leaders.
Our multi-day leadership institutes, developed and implemented in collaboration with the Center for Creative Leadership, support aspiring and current school principals with strategic, feedback-intensive programs focused on knowing one's leadership strengths and areas for growth and using them to successfully lead challenging schools.
Our leadership program evaluation provides accessible and data-rich information that pinpoints strengths and weaknesses in both program design and implementation. We partner with quantitative evaluation specialists to design and implement evaluation plans and reports that are responsive to your needs and provide the means to understand and improve program design and results.
